Our three-phase approach
1. The inventory phase
We take a snapshot of your current business situation and map all systems, processes, stakeholders, responsibilities, interrelationships, flows etc. This enables us to identify where your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and risks lie.
2. The destination phase
We sit around the table with management to determine what direction the company wants to evolve in and discuss the best way to reach this goal. Based on the information gained from the inventory and destination phases, we draw up a plan of action.
3. The transition phase
We take you by the hand and support you step by step through your change journey according to the well-founded Prosci Methodology. Throughout the process, we continue to provide ideas and solutions and are by your side to guarantee a successful transition.

Liesbeth Drutti – Owner
Liesbeth has an analytical mind and extensive international experience in management. She specialises in strategic and operational procurement and sourcing and in change management. Liesbeth is a Certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner and pays considerable attention to the human aspect of a change process in her consultancy work. She wants employees of companies to feel happy in the changed situation. Because happy employees are motivated employees who perform at their best and in doing so, help take your organisation to the next level.
In spring 2020, Liesbeth was inspired by the university for entrepreneurs, in the course Leaderschip. Goal is supporting managers in their Leadership skills and role.
